At Cash App, I was brought in to infuse our product with a distinctive brand voice, elevating user delight and achieving product-brand parity. As lead designer for the Activity tab redesign, I tackled limited row space and missing metadata to enhance reliability, clarify transactions, and boost trust. I then spearheaded the "enriched receipts" redesign, creating a scalable, modular system for growing transaction complexity.

We conducted a comprehensive audit of Activity to better understand its surface and address broad customer challenges. This involved generating and organizing permutations of all rows/receipts, collaborating with partner teams to validate our approach, analyzing assets and feedback to identify common patterns and framework needs, and synthesizing our findings into prioritized recommendations for improvement.
