Sitting within the Growth org, the Conversion team at Squarespace works to ensure customers can easily get to a starting point that works best for them and provide a smooth handoff to the trial experience.
As the Lead Product Designer, I was responsible for owning the end-to-end experience. Working in close partnership with the engineering, content strategy and research team, we set out to build a seamless, refreshing “choose your own adventure product” rooted in customer empathy and their success.
