ABOUT

In 2017, National Geographic came to Kettle for a whole website overhaul. I joined the product design team to assist in the website redesign, particularly the interface of the hub pages (Science, Exploration, Animals, Travel). My area of focus was on the specialty areas: e-commerce, sponsored content, hover actions, promotional headers, and desktop-to-mobile experiments.

EXPERIENCE GOAL

The Kettle design team had already solidified much of the new design system when I joined the National Geographic account. My role was to pick up this new visual language and execute both UX/UI solutions for a variety of pages across the website's ecosystem.
